These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YLM Moverz Portal ("Platform") operated by YLM Moverz ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By registering, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and meet all eligibility requirements, including passing a background check.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

3. Platform Use

The Platform is provided for managing moving jobs, tracking performance, processing payroll, and team communication. You agree to:

Use the Platform only for its intended purposes
Provide truthful and accurate information about job status, time tracking, and work performed
Not attempt to manipulate ratings, earnings, or other performance metrics
Not share your account with others or use another person's account
Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

4. Job Assignments and Pay

Job availability, assignments, and pay rates are determined by management. Claiming a job through the Platform constitutes your commitment to complete it as described. Movers are paid the same day management approves the job.

5. Background Checks

All users are required to authorize and pass a background check as part of the onboarding process. A failed or flagged background check may result in restricted access or account termination.

6. Ratings and Performance

Customer ratings are assigned by management based on customer feedback. Peer ratings are provided by teammates. These ratings are used for performance tracking, leaderboard rankings, and promotion eligibility. All ratings must be given honestly and in good faith.

7. Team Chat

The chat feature is for work-related communication. You agree not to use chat for harassment, discrimination, sharing inappropriate content, or any purpose unrelated to your work with YLM Moverz.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by YLM Moverz. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any business reason. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but we may retain certain data as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YLM Moverz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of earnings processed through your account in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YLM Moverz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kansas City, Missouri.
