YLM Moverz ("we," "us," or "our") operates the YLM Moverz Portal web application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and role within the organization.

Payout Information: If you are a mover, we collect bank account details (routing number, account number, bank name) to process payouts. This information is stored securely in our database.

Work Data: We collect information related to your job performance, including jobs completed, clock-in/out times, customer ratings, peer ratings, and earnings.

Background Check Data: We collect and process background check authorization and results as part of the onboarding process.

Usage Data: We automatically collect analytics data including pages visited, features used, and device information through Firebase Analytics.

To process job assignments and track performance
To process payroll and payouts
To conduct background checks during onboarding
To communicate with you about jobs, pay, and account updates

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Management team: Job performance data, ratings, and scheduling information
Teammates: Your name and role are visible to other team members for crew coordination and peer ratings
Service providers: Firebase (Google) for authentication, data storage, and analytics; payment processors for payouts
Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We use Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption for passwords. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google's secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase/Firestore). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and work data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, legal, and business purposes. You can request account deletion through the Settings page.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data (visible in the app dashboard and settings)
Correct inaccurate data (via Settings)
Delete your account and data (via Settings > Danger Zone)
Request a copy of your data

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage for session and app versioning. Firebase may use cookies for authentication session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
